§1 General Information

  1. Online store available at https://erinaco.pl, is run by:

  2. The vendor operates undeclared Within the meaning of the Enterprise Act of March 6, 2018.
  3. The Regulations set out the rules for the use of the online store, placing orders, carrying out sales, and the rights and obligations of Buyers and Seller.

§2 Definitions

  1. Store - online store operating at https://erinaco.pl.
  2. Seller - Edyta Soja who runs the Erinaco online store.
  3. Buyer - An individual using the store to conclude a sales contract.
  4. Product - An item or service offered in an online store.
  5. Order - Buyer's statement of intent to conclude a contract of sale of a Product in the online store.

§3. Terms of use of the store

  1. Use of the Erinaco.pl online store is possible after meeting the technical requirements: having a device with access to the Internet and a web browser.
  2. The buyer is obliged to use the store in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of the terms and conditions.

§4 Placing orders

  1. Store orders are placed via a form available on the website.
  2. The order should contain the necessary data for its processing: name, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number and the selected Product and form of payment.
  3. Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§5 Order processing

  1. Once the order is placed, the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail.
  2. Delivery time is usually from 1 to 5 business days, unless a different period is specified with the product or in the order.
  3. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

§6 Pricing and payment

  1. Prices of products are given in Polish zloty (PLN).
  2. The store provides the following forms of payment:
    1. Traditional transfer
    2. Electronic and credit card payments by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, through the service. Autopay (Blue Media) - the possible current methods of payment are specified on the website of the Internet Shop in the information tab concerning the methods of payment and on the website https://autopay.pl/.
      1. Settlement of electronic payment and payment card transactions is carried out according to the customer's choice through the service Autopay.co.uk.
      2. Electronic and card payment services are provided:
        1. Autopay S.A. based in Sopot (address: ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000320590, registration files kept by the District Court Gdańsk - North in Gdańsk, share capital of PLN 2,205,500.00 fully paid up, NIP: 5851351185.
  3. In case of an error in the price, the Seller will immediately notify the Buyer to cancel or change the order.
  4. Buyers from outside the EU are required to pay duty and tax according to the laws of their country.

§7 Delivery

  1. Delivery of products is made to the address specified by the Buyer in the order.
  2. Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process and depend on the selected form of delivery.
  3. The risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the Buyer at the time of physical collection from the carrier.

§8 Right of withdrawal

  1. A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the Product without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer should send the Seller a statement by e-mail or letter.
  3. The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the Product, unless the Seller has agreed to cover them.
  4. The payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the statement of withdrawal.

§9 Complaints

  1. The seller shall be liable for product defects in accordance with applicable laws.

  3. The seller will process the complaint within 14 working days of receipt.

§10. personal data protection

  1. Buyers' personal information is processed in accordance with the store's Privacy Policy available at
    https://erinaco.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
  2. Buyers have the right to access their data, correct it and request deletion at any time.

§11 Final provisions

  1. The Regulations are effective from the moment they are published on the store's website.
  2. The seller reserves the right to change the regulations. Changes may not violate the rights acquired by Buyers.
  3. In matters not covered by the regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
  4. The regulations are effective as of October 14, 2025.
